The Team
We work together with outstanding professionals and longtime friends. Most of them have moved to Israel in recent years. Some we have successfully collaborated with back in Russia.
Irina Orenova
Since 2005, Irina has been working as a director and producer of live broadcasts, creating spectacular and dynamic shows—from studio programs to large-scale sports events, festivals, and concerts. She develops camera plans, artistic concepts, manages teams, and brings the most complex ideas to life.
Her projects have included the Olympic Games, major music and sports broadcasts, documentary films, and YouTube content. She is a recipient of the Olympic Golden Rings 2014 award.
From 2012 to 2022, she was the Senior Director of the Dozhd TV channel. She is currently working as a director for the Israeli YouTube channel Sheinkin40.
Roman Sozontov
A professional sound engineer and audio technician with over 20 years of experience in television, film, theater, and the live industry. He ensures flawless sound for filming, broadcasts, concerts, and sporting events.
Roman expertly sets up, mixes, and records audio in even the most challenging conditions, creating a clean and powerful sound mix. He works with any format—from live performances to post-production sound processing.
He also provides equipment and technical support to ensure that every project sounds at the highest level.
